Been playing Helldivers 2 recently and

I am leaving this here.

Misty, a confirmed community manager at Arrowhead, has suddenly set their X (Twitter) account to private:

So, which is it?

Did the Community Manager reveal the truth, or did they lie?

Spitz, another Community Manager at Arrowhead:

@Grummz on X (Twitter):

Why can’t I trust game creators, especially those from my own nation, these days?

Why are there always agendas and lies?

What happened to games being just games, free of politics?

Looks like a company line that they couldnt back up so had to remove it. Also they probably got lots of hate for it.

Smells like bullshmite to me.

Sorry for the spam, guys!

I just had to post this since I think the community manager’s response is hilarious and reminds me of “immesurably complex!” And “this is not Call of Duty!”(Love you, Hedge).

always the hubris with these people, found that review…

who wouldn’t want to be part of Sony’s great network, it provides many great benefits and opportunity’s

It’s impossible to keep track of all accounts you got already and all of them are a risk, and now we are supposed to entertain accounts that are utterly useless again? nah

Sony recently updated their official website for PC to PSN use:

I guess the only problem here is that everything worked without PSN accounts and now it’s mandatory.

But even all Xbox games on Steam have mandatory requirements for Xbox Live accounts.

And that’s part of reason I’m not buying them.

A great deal of HD2’s popularity was founded in the separation of corpo and game. Up until now the conversation was between the players and AHGS, everything else was pushed to the side.

All SONY had to do was get out of the way. Don’t touch it. Leave the lightning in the bottle.

I swear, some entities just can’t get out of their own way.

There’s also the big, glaring problem of… I dunno… ENTIRE COUNTRIES BEING COMPLETELY UNABLE TO PLAY HELLDIVERS 2 AS OF MAY 30TH. Oh, did I also forget to mention that Sony bans people for using VPNs so that’s not even an option?

Thankfully I live in a country with PSN and thus I ultimately ended up linking my accounts when I first played the game… but a large swath of Helldivers 2 players can’t say the same.

Got to love that defence. The game worked perfectly fine without the linking and now they themselves create the inconvenience that they are trying to blame people being lazy at.

I can’t help but giggle at this blatant passive-aggressive answer.

The Helldivers 2 CMs are the last line of offence.
