Issue Description: A scripture spawns in clutter under a stairwell and can’t be grabbed
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play Vigil Station
- Progress to first event (scan bodies and then wait for elevator)
- If RNG uses the event scripture spawn (under stairwell in the room “before” it), it will spawn behind a dumpster
- There is no way to access this scripture, but you can ping it at a specific angle
