Issue Description: Scripture spawns in inaccessible area the the Torrent. Near the first servoskull deployment spot, there is a shanty shack on the left with some stairs that lead down into the shack with lots of garbage underneath it. This a valid spawn location for scriptures and the garbage makes it inaccessible.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play Vigil Station Oblivium in “The Torrent”, Espionage mission with scriptures
- Progress to first servoskull segment
- Near where deployment of skull is, head left, go inside building, under stairs where there is a bunch of garbage and a dumpster, listen for hissing of a scripture
