Issue Description: From the past two times I have played Vigil Station Oblivium (Espionage) with the secondary scripture mission, my team has only ever found 2 scriptures in the middle and end of the map. In the beginning area, we have failed twice to find the first scripture, and with the amount of searching we’ve done, it leads me to think it may not be spawning.
