Magistrati Oubliette: Scripture can't be reached

In patch 1.0.30, this map section was tweaked for performance but this scripture spawn was not adjusted. It now spawns inside map geometry and can’t be reached. You can hear its ambient sound.

(For the map Vigil Station Oblivium, this scripture spawn was adjusted correctly.)

Posting for clarity: the scripture spawn is behind that metal door (there used to be a tiny room there).
