Backend Error: SSL_CONNECT_ERROR after Intro. Vid

Been encountering this issue for a while now but would like to try and solve it.

I imagine it’s something to do with firewall settings but I’m unsure where to start.

From what I’ve seen on other posts, I can navigate to https://5107.playfabapi.com with no problem (blank page, secure connection).

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Most recent console log below (this error occurs every launch).

Whilst this is more a troubleshoot step, could you try running the game with a VPN active? Just to see if that solved it, as it points us in the right direction :slight_smile:
