BackEnd error: Recv_ Error in the end of every game

Hi.

my wife and i was playing and everything is good…
suddenly… she started to get BackEnd error: Recv_ Error
but this error is only in the end of the game {when he stand in the end of escape phase}
no loot not exp…etc and she have to restarts the game
and till now she cant finish a game…

i tried to change to a different router for her… didn’t worked
and no. she is not using any vpn
