Backend error message on screen while game is seemingly playable in the background

Happened 3 times this week already, the first time in normal play which I was thankful for, as I was hosting, so it allowed the map to be finished. (Loaded through all the way after the map was resolved and quit out in the lobby - everyone joined onto me with no issues after the map finished.

I don’t have the console logs for the previous days. I’ll upload the console logs if necessary from normal play whenever it happens again, but hopefully it doesn’t. :sweat_smile:

Seemingly random, happened once per day I ended up playing the game.

Keeps happening every day since then once a day, random times and play length, only versus so far.

I’ve flagged this to our backend developers and hopefully they’ll have some insight as to why this is occurring. I’ll let you know once I hear back from them!

@Foctopus our backend developers have taken a look and it appears our backend service is encountering execution timeouts. Possibly due to something in the data (or too much data in certain requests) that is too heavy for our backend service provider. We’ll need to investigate this further and see if we can find a way to make things more efficient, especially in cases of requests being sent that include data for multiple players.
