Backend Error 1002. Any Fixes?

Issue Description (Required):

Keep getting a backend error 1002. People are saying I might be banned. I don’t use cheats but was flaming people in chat. Didn’t get a notification saying I was banned or anything about a time of suspension. Clean reinstall does not fix problems.
