I am on xbox but it happens on both platforms and the main problem is AMD which is why alot of people on pc dont have those problems because they dont use AMD but xbox does. The game has been borderline unplayable since the path of redemption update mid april and thats no exaggeration. It also happens at every difficulty level even sedition because I tested it. This problem is documented all over reddit and this forum for almost 4 months now so im sure you all are well aware by now.

@FatsharkStrawHat - This right here. There are soooo many bug reports, some of it minor stuff like fixing the medium range distance (which was finally fixed after more than a year of being broken)

Absolutely, I am aware and I am investigating this with the team and working on testing. But some of the masterminds behind these kind of issues come back at the beginning of next week. (Which is when they can do more extensive testing than we are able to currently.)
I’ll keep y’all updated about what I find out.

You know that trope of how sometimes sitcom families have a live-in nanny that also has to nanny the parents too because they’re so clueless? I have this mental image of @FatsharkStrawHat basically being FatShark’s Mary Poppins or Alice from The Brady Bunch and you will not easily convince me otherwise!

Funny thing with that, what did those masterminds do in the 2-3 months before their vacation when people bombarded reddit and the forums with console performance issue threads?
Don’t get me wrong Strawhat, I appreciate your effort, but those sentences ring like very hollow excuses given FS past way of handling these type of issues. Almost like a bad joke even. Especially when remembering the “they JUST got back a month ago” comment you guys made after the last vacation.

This really doesn’t make any sense. In general the loot box and gambling are only addressing games where you pay for currency exchanged for an in game advantage. They may or may not be certain outcomes.
This simply isn’t the case here. The only non-in game currency is for cosmetics that do not affect gameplay.
By that logic any gambling themed electronic game would be forbidden. Better delete that Texas Hold’em app.
That being said, I’m looking forward to the changes and the increased customization and more reliable options and paths. But it’s disingenuous to compare the current system to loot boxes/gacha games. It’s cosmetic only - for those of us of a certain age “my horse armor is wicked sweet”.
I just don’t think it’s fair to characterize the current system as predatory in the same sense as loot boxes and gacha games.

you’re back to 4k players, I hope it changes what the people who actively play the game want. I do wonder why Devs just ignore changes players have been asking for since the start. Space Marine 2 is not far away though
Has the cooperate lacky that introduced all the unnecessary over-the-top RNG to artificially increase player’s time in the game been fired yet? that’s done more to drive players away than keep them. 4k and shrinking

when watching “demos” of tournaments was made possible by 30 3,5" floppy disks, real beard+fake student id card and a university data center
the big bang days, people took the texture of the grenade launcher, put them on the head and called it"armor" and we wondered who in the world would be stupid enough to use em as they looked so silly.

The fact that this game has been borderline unplayable for like 1/3rd of a year is actually insane and I know I continue to batter this point home but it baffles me this has been a problem for as long as it has and its quite frankly something ive never seen ever in any game. The performance of this game daily since april is some of the worst performance I think ive ever seen in any game. You can have entire games where you load
In and your fps instantly drops to like 15 or 20 and it will stay there for 90% of the match and then like waving a magic wand you can round a corner and then all of a sudden your fps is fixed, its the weirdest phenomenon. Some games are perfectly fine, some games fps only tanks a little, other games we cycle through 10 teammates because people crash constantly.

Its not becoming unplayable, it IS unplayable and has been since april and thats 1/3rd of a year which nobody ever really points out why idk. Funny thing is when this started happening I told my fiance there is no chance in hell they leave this game in this unplayable state all summer and yet here we are in the middle of august. I had far too much faith in fatshark fixing this problem
In a timely fashion even though its been talked about daily in this forum and reddit since april and I know that to be true because I frequent them both. All someone at fatshark has to do is tell someone to even glance at these forums for 5 minutes and they would see the countless bad performance posts.

XBOX SERIES X cant even play a single match without non stop rubber banding and at least 2-3 crashes per match I’ve reported it and I’ve even deleted and fully downloaded it multiple times tried the stupid hotspot idea and nothing can even help it. The only thing that has is weirdly enough I switch it from Performance in the setting to Quality. But to clarify that only helps some of the rubber banding and not the disconnects just noticed a slightly better performance on the opposite setting.
