I’ve got the same exact problem, but backend error 1000, my friend cant enter in my game with my account

EDIT: Could anybody experiencing these errors please upload your console logs from today? Your console logs can be located using the instructions below, and the dates within the log names should help you identify which are required.
- Press the Windows key + R
- Enter %appdata% within the search input and select 'OK'
- Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs

Hello i have the same problem with backend error 1000, and cant get into the game. I buyed the game for me and my sister and on her account its workings normally but on my account its always shows backend error 1000

I changed my DNS to public google and it worked

My Friend had the same issue over and over again everytime he starts the game he gets the backend error 1000

im from Germany so maybe my English is a bit false at some point…sorry for that.
I bought the Game last Wednesday (10.31.2018) together with 3 Friends. I installed the Game and now i cant start it. I get the loading screen (fat shark, Games Workshop etc.) but then only the Message Back-End-Fehler 1000 (Fehler means error in German). So please help me solve this Problem. I have already 45 minutes of “playtime” because i tried everything to fix this (guess i startet the Game about 30 Times now).

I bought the Game last Wednesday (10.31.2018) with Joolz. I installed the Game and start it . I get the loading screen … and a “Launch Error” --> game Crashed (in the Official Realm). When i start it again, the game crashed again. But now, i have an other error

Hey Deathshop, I suspect your issue is related to Easy Anti-Cheat.
Please try repairing Easy Anti-Cheat via the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\installers\EasyAntiCheat

sorry, i see that’s the wrong chanel -->sorry.
When i open EasyAntiCheat, i can repair it … i do it. Now i open the game again, but i can’t play in the Official Realm . 
I closed my Virenscanner (Gdata) in german “Antivirusprogramm” but i cant start the official realm.
I uninstall the game, and downloading again, but i cant start it…
Sometimes i get an error befor i get the Launch Error -->

I purchased the game this evening and played it, had issues after the first tutorial type portion of the game and couldn’t play after that. deleted the save file, redid it and had the same problem. now im just getting this backend problem. I will put up all the logs in the hope that the backend issue and this other issue can be resolved in some way.
