Issue Description:
I’m sure the title sounds confusing, but it’s the best I could do in a short sentence.
When I here directional audio queues like a trapper preparing to fire or a dog growling or whatever, the volume and direction are all wrong for my character’s position and directions, but the volume and direction are exactly correct as if I was in another players position.
It’s as if the game was using another players position and direction to calculate my sound, instead of my own position and direction.
Some examples:
-
I heard a dog loudly running around right next to me, but there was no dog next to me. There was no dog even near me. Instead the dog was next to another character who was way away from me.
-
I would clearly here my allies to the left of me shooting, but no-one was to the left of me. The edge of the map was to the left of me. My allies were close by, but more forward and to the right.
I was playing in a strike team with a friend, and most often the game seemed to be using his position/direction for my sound queue. But sometimes it seemed to use another teammates position, or even my own position.
