Audio breaks during high combat fights and orgyn grenade box when droped close by

everytime when there an alot of fighting the audio will breaks alot and same for orgyn grenade box when throwed close by

I managed to improve this issue somewhat using the most dynamic ‘Audio Mix Preset’ in the audio settings.

it happens when i use my plasma gun my staff crital peril and ogryn grenade box
