Atoma isn't loading, so I can't connect fatshark account to claim twitch drops

Going from twitch, I claim my items in inventory and it sends me to atoma. Which then gives me the error message. I’ve gone to different links through both twitch and fatshark related websites to go to darktide and all of them give me this same error.

yes I have used edge since then and received the same message there. I will try again now though.

after edge: going through playdarktide.com to the darktide account tab has given me the same error code stating it’s not secure with the same protocol error.

Hmmm, I wonder if something is blocking the required connections. Could you try accessing the page after a ‘Selective Startup’?:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load Startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Load Darktide Account as normal

Produced the same ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

Could you try accessing the website via mobile data?

I believe it’s Xfinity and yeah sure

after mobile: it worked, accounts are all linked and I believe I was still able to claim the drops. So that’s cool. Works on mobile, but maybe not with my ISP?

Yep! Seems Xfinity and Spectrum are blocking the website - we’re looking in to why this might be.
