Unable to Claim Twitch Drops (Sep 2024)

I just found out that my Twitch Drops for Darktide aren’t in the game.

I have my Darktide, Twitch and Xbox (PC) accounts linked. I went to check in the Atoma site and it shows the linking process incomplete, but the process fails in Step #2 when I try to reset it. Twitch (the site) says everything is working properly (connected).

I am wondering if we can make a ‘Ticket’ here to claim them or (I say this part jokingly) should I accept that my friend next to me is a Blank and I won’t get the drops?

I am having the same problem but I have the game on Steam.
I have linked my Steam account on Atoma but the Twitch sign-in fails each time.
I have tried on Firefox and Google Chrome.

I have the exact same issue. Twitch says accounts are linked as of 2 years ago, but I cannot get past the 2nd step on the Fatshark website and get the same “Failed to sign in” error message after redirect.

Hello,

It seems you already have an account linked to twitch, however this is a Steam account.
To unlink please go to Darktide Account and sign in with the account that might be linked. If you see step 3 look like this

Then it means that it is linked - click the unlink button to unlink these accounts before trying to link your other account.

This sorted my issue and the accounts are linked now, but does that mean the drops have gone to my old and unused windows account and I can’t get them now?

Did you claim them while you had your other account linked? If so then they will have gone to the account that was linked.

If you get a failure to sign in message, it is likely your twitch account is already connected to another Darktide account. Do you have 2 accounts by chance? One for Xbox/Ms Store and one for Steam?

First, my apologies! I don’t know how I did this, specially since I don’t have the game on Steam.

Second, I logged in with my Steam Account (looked like it was the first time). Unlinked it and then re-did the process with my Xbox Account to a successful linkage.

Third, by further reading of this thread I understand that I have lost my drops, but I might be ready for the next Twitch Campaign.

I am extremely grateful for the assistance on this matter; sincerely a Reject Psyker.

I’m also not getting my twitch drops.

I’m also not receiving the skin unlocks for mastery weapons.

I only have Darktide on Xbox
