Massive loss of frames after Nvidia driver update

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

FWIW unless you’re having issues with a game AND the updated drivers mention the game by name, it’s best to not update drivers for this reason. Especially for Nvidia, they tend to not have much in the way of performance boosts for cards after release. As opposed to AMD where their cards tend to be a WIP that often see a sizable performance boost from drivers 12-18 months after release.
