Put the dueling sword away and then we’ll talk.

what if u put dueling sword and got worst score and die?

Its negative, competitive sweatlord gamer behavior

They care less about the Warhammer 40,000 elements and more just how their scorecard on PC mod numbers look, to overcompensate for things I can not say lol

The core of problem is that u dont have a choice as psyker.

The shield provides best benefits to team.

No alternatives at all.

That that is a Havoc design problem, because in every other part of the game the other two ults are cracked beyond belief.

All 3 Psyker ults are 100% usable in Havoc. Scryer’s probably the least just because of how squishy you are but the damage is very strong. Purg Venting Shriek breaks the game just as much in Havoc as it does in Auric.

Because in the current state of Havoc, having the shield and moving from bubble to bubble and having a way to clear a ridiculously stacked horde fast wins you more games than having a “good score”.

This should answer your question:

Tell them to learn how to use cover and not rely on bubble 24/7

3 of the 4 Psyker staffs are totally braindead broken, and two of the Psyker Ults are incredibly good. It’s the easiest class to play well, it’s just really squishy and therefore not generally considered a strong solo/clutch class.

Topping the scoreboard with Psyker cheese is nothing out of the ordinary. The class has needed nerfs for years not because it’s too good, but because its best builds are totally braindead. Shield is not the biggest problem on the class.

gunners now arent as bad as the 29345 bosses the game throws at you shriek is prolly better for clearing out enemies so you can focus on the bosses/get some room to move

Easiest class to play well? Ehhhh no. But agreed with the second part. Also yeah, when Psyker is built correctly and the player knows how to use the staves to the best of their potential, it’s busted.

That said:

IF there’s a priority rank for nerfs, it goes in the order listed, for the reasons listed

1. Zealot - TDR options out the wazoo for doing the most braindead actions, literally has a talent that makes him completely invulnerable on fatal damage every 2 minutes. Weapons with good crit/finesse multipliers are all buffed beyond reason with the Zealot Crit build that also regens CA ridiculously quick. Shroudfield with Invocation?
2. Vet - Plasma Gun, VoC, and infinite Shredder Nades. Recon Lasgun Infernus with Shocktrooper.
3. Ogryn - By far the best melee stagger options in the game for the least amount of melee effort. Heavy Hitter with Krourk and Slam turns Elites into useless dummies that are perpetually staggered by light attacks.
4. Psyker - Yes, Psyker does have absolutely busted builds like the other 3 classes, mostly due to staves. But Psyker also is the least forgiving by far.

Shriek alongside fury are the selfish options, they are good, they will net you (LOT) more dmg, but bubble and chorus will benefit the entire team, and as such, is expected with randos

You mean…press X to cover everything in ridiculously overpowered infinite blue flame that kills absolutely everything is seconds and also steals everyone’s kills

X marks the spot

Are you smite spamming and ruining the Zealots DPS? =p

Knowing a build is literally just a knowledge check, literally the lowest form of “skill”. Flame and shock staff psykers require very minimal execution skill.

Ogryn is more busted than Zealot. Plasma debatably isn’t even vet’s best gun. The only really notable thing about it is ammo economy.

CDR is likely going to be nerfed/normalized across the board eventually.

I love sweat lords, so many are too afraid to step out of the meta bubble and try something different, especially when its more difficult.

If only Havoc didn’t disincentivize doing so. Instead we get limited retries and demotions.
