Saw this in the latest patch notes:
-Headgear can now be salvaged
So are there cosmetics already in the game?
Apparently they only drop on Legend with a rather small chance. That’s what I read on reddit at least.

People have found cosmetics from Commendation chests, they appear to be very rare though.
Not true. Some dorf get his bucket I mean helm in the two commendation chest which we get for free 2 days ago.
