Arbites cosmetics are a scam

I like how you can buy a variant of the default class helmet but with a raised visor.

New lows are getting lower.

But I’m sure the trenchcoat will make people quickly forget about that scummy detail.

Is it unique and bad when the Arbites class does it? At least none of those hats are 1400 yet, if anything they’re riding in under the cheapest cosmetics slop but yeah. Still a bad store regardless but this isn’t even as low as it steeps…

Truly putting the ‘premium’ into ‘premium cosmetics’.

Wow, wait, how the hell are these available already?

Then…how is this guy seeing them?

Welp, I have even less reason to buy the DLC then, since it looks like the store is gonna continue to be garbage.

Don’t you like buying deluxe edition of the class at release only to find out there’s a whole page of cosmetics you don’t own XD

If you don’t wanna pay for cosmetics.

Don’t pay for cosmetics.

That is all

There is no scam, it’s simply more expansive than what you’d like.

it’s not a scam but changing a little detail on a default skin to sell it is very lame. The raised visor helmet could just be a penance cosmetic

That coat looks rad. Sad to see no apparent changes to the shop.

Nah, it’s a scam.

First run of cosmetics sold for 2400 Aquila each and included 2 weapon skins and a trinket.

Now they charge the same price for fewer items, and massively inflated prices for the things they removed. The effect is that you pay twice as much for the same amount of stuff.

The shop is gonna continue to be god-awful and Fatshark seems unwilling to change it.

Not shocked crap is ready to go for aquilas on launch. Can we see the commissary’s options at least using this magic method?

Offering a fixed product for a price isn’t a scam. Loot boxes are a scam (offering a chance of something for a price).

I just refuse to even engage with the shop anymore. I may look once a month to see if anything… and I do mean anything can make the ingame earnable stuff look better… Otherwise the shop might as well not exist as I am not the target demographic, that’s for sure.

The commissary hasn’t been updated since forever. What makes you think they remember it exists?

While it may not be fraud, I consider price gouging and shrinkflation to be dishonest in nature - if you charge people the same price for less stuff, you’re being a crook.

Ergo, yes, it’s a scam.
