You are not open to feedback, since you disabled them without checking what players thought of them (let me tell you a secret, they liked them), nor “cleaned it up ahead of time”, because ppl were using it already.
It would be nice if instead making the customization more restricted and worse for everyone, first you would fix issues with paid and existing cosmetics … like the trinkets on Ogryn Cleavers that’s been bugged for 1+ years … Nearly 20 months and they are still bugged:
