You are not open to feedback, since you disabled them without checking what players thought of them (let me tell you a secret, they liked them), nor “cleaned it up ahead of time”, because ppl were using it already.
It would be nice if instead making the customization more restricted and worse for everyone, first you would fix issues with paid and existing cosmetics … like the trinkets on Ogryn Cleavers that’s been bugged for 1+ years … Nearly 20 months and they are still bugged:

Fatshark lies. CMs sometimes lie, but Fatshark, as a company, ALWAYS lies.
Because they’re run by fundamentally greedy people and will always chase every last dollar.
For the record, I don’t think there were any “lies” here and I don’t think, until these cosmetics come back around as Arbites-only recolors, that this is purely a greed-based decision. But I do think it’s a very bad one. It doesn’t make sense on its face, and it sure as hell doesn’t look good.
This launch was a win, why shoot yourselves in the foot over something players have already shelled out money for both the dlc and the cosmetic?
Learn to take a win when it’s handed to you Fatshark, even if it’s a bug.

Very disappointed, I specifically bought the coat in the store because it looked good with the eyepiece. Even if it was a bug it brought goodwill by letting our purchases go farther by letting us have more options. Please revert.

Like I can understand that some of the ‘basic’ looking things are locked to specific classes even tho they’d fit with every human one. But now you’re actively locking a single human class out of the ‘locked to human’ cosmetics?
Why? It’s not like there are no Arbites with Cybernetics.. just look at the upcoming companion for Rogue Trader

I wholeheartedly agree, there is only one human model in play here, let us use the universal cosmetics we paid for on the class we also paid for.
What kind of feedback were you hoping? Thanks Fatshark i can use less cosmetics that i paid real money for? Gee, the absolute BALLS on this company. This is what i get for spending money on this game
I’m starting to think that Fatshark has to be run by aliens or lizards or something. Because there’s just no way actual human beings can make this many inexplicably terrible decisions over the last few years. Then when people push back they realize that they miscalculated what humans like and slowly try to course correct before people start catching on.
Genuinely just unbelievable.
