At launch Arbitrators could equip gear that could generically be equipped by all humans. It was an extra reason to buy the DLC and have some reassurance not everyone would just look the exact same.
Within a day we couldn’t, it’s dumb and should be reverted.
People paid money for this DLC class and paid money for Cosmetics equippable by all humans, and the DLC was sold with the mention that all generic humans cosmetics were equippable by the arbitrator. To retract it now is just disappointing and dishonest, it’s not a “bug” and it’s not a “mix-up”.
What’s the possible lore reason as to why an arbitrator is not allowed to sport an augmetic eye or a cranial implant? People paid plenty of money for both. There clearly was no such problem with backpacks, and pretty much all free headgear from the commissary or penances is class-locked, so what’s exactly the problem with the generic premium cosmetics?
No real reason to forbid the option other than to try and sell you standard bionic eyes again, and that’s just scummy.
Just let the arbitrators equip generic human cosmetics like all human classes should.
