i started this up just now and it’s super choppy… i mean, it’s smooth except when it’s not lol i haven’t done anything that’s been different since yesterday so i think i can safely rule out any changes to settings and stuff.
please tell me the fatshark servers are just trash so i don’t have to go troubleshooting this game again…
No, but I have been getting major lag spikes pretty regularly. Other people in my runs report them at the same time.
It feels like I’m playing on international servers sometimes.
yeah, that’s what i’m talking about. everything is fine but it’ll slow down and then speed up when it’s done skipping around…

frame rate and network latency are most definitely not the same thing.
I started to get some lag from time to time about 2 days ago. Even had a DC (and seen others DC and RC) which haven’t happened to me for a while now.
i had the similar issues with this a few months ago and i forgot how i ended up fixing it but i’m not even sure if it’s the same thing this time around. i think last time i had to mess with my nvidia settings or something bur for the life of me i just can’t remember what i did.
i know an nvidia driver update really messed things up before so maybe rollback the drivers if you can. unfortunately the option for mine is greyed out, so i have no clue wtf is going on with that.
