Issue Description:
Getting kicked out when in a party with Friends

Error 2009 and 2003
Steps to Reproduce:
Going into a game with 3 other friends
Usually I get a disconnect error 2009 when Queuing up with friends. The weird part is it will almost ALWAYS happen when I am loading into a game.
When I play Solo it doesn’t happen too much, but yesterday I was having a consistent problem getting into a Match with friends. As the Mission would start it would kick me out with a 2009 disconnect error, however all my friends load up fine.
Then it started happening to another friend of mine as well.
