Random disconnects during game to character select (no error message)

Issue Description:
My friend is experiencing frequent and random disconnects at least once or twice per session sometimes multiple times in one match.

Characters will just stop moving or start T-posing and then he gets booted to the character select without an error message and gets given a prompt to reconnect.

He has his Firewall turned off and has tried verifying the integrity of the game.

Would he be able to upload a console log? I can then share it with our Backend Engineers for their input. Thank you!

Thank you, I have raised this to our database for investigation. Due to the Swedish vacation period, I’m not sure when somebody will be able to look in to this, so I’m happy to help with a refund should you rather take that option.

The recent disconnects have had either error 2014 or 2003
