Damnation - Check every chest - Quickplay to get +10% = around 800 plasteel per 30 minutes
Nothing more you can do… maybe FS accept kidneys?

Derp, I read “malice +” as “Malice with mods”.
Here’s how I have a huge stash of weapons and 30K Plasteel:
1: Play a lot.
2: Check Brunt often and buy any 375+ that have a decent base state allocation.
3: Never level a bad weapon past blue.
4: Check Quest guy for T4 Blessings to give to Hadron.
5: When hunting for Blessings, always upgrade the lowest level weapons first, to Blue only.
Don’t be in a hurry. The faster you try to get the “perfect” weapon, the more resources you will blow on a tiny upgrade. You might get lucky with a 90% perfect weapon that costs you almost nothing, and then have to drop every single one of your resources to get one that’s better. It’ll be only a marginal upgrade for a literal fortune, which means you can’t level anything else for weeks or months.
I can see that. Damnation+ being a second way of saying Auric.
I mean, I think I’m doing pretty good on plastseel. Doesn’t mean I won’t stop picking it up, I haven’t been sub 20k plasteel for the last several months and all due to a consistent habit of picking it up whereas other simpletons will rush through the map without exploring or spending atleast an extra 5 minutes for a mission that is 5x more rewarding

Melk dockets on the other hand…I would like a few more so that I can roll some nice curios, but that’s about all they’re good for
Yeh well I play mostly 3(4) characters, and I try new builds and upgrade/change weapons for all of them quite often. And even by playing auric damnation only, my plasteel went from 120k to only 400 pretty fast these last weeks.
I just can’t farm enough to keep up.
Play T5 missions. Fastest way for plasteel. Veer off course from team mates to collect plasteel away from team but be wary of getting back to squad quickly as AI director loves to trigger a disabler enemy when alone.
Until you get weapon with good stats and 2 perks/blessings already rolled on as mission reward. Then proceed to “choose” the last 2 perks/blessings to craft. Don’t sit at Armory bulk buying then crafting. You can spend an hour doing this then realise this equates to running 40-50 missions farming wasted plasteel.
This way - Never really wasting plasteel and never playing into RNG at all. I just prefer slower progress, but at least going forward than steps back of losing plasteel over a dice roll.
if we need plasteel and diamantine to consecrate, we simply should get the possibility to desecrate/ dismantle weapons for these ressources.
I mean most of them are scrap and should be scrapped.
Or like in vermintide, the option to downgrade the expensive resource in to a lesser one. Diamantive → Plasteel conversion.
The only solution to stacking Plasteel is this.
First you need to recite the Litany of Copium, which goes: “My weapons are fine as they are. They are perfect. Their stats, Traits and Blessings are perfect. They are divine. And I have to bask in their perfection.”
Second step, never visit Brunt or Hadron. Ever and never. They do not exist, they are merely an illusion of your senses.
Third step, play only for Melk’s quests. Don’t ask questions about their actual usefulness, just complete them, trust blindly in Melk.
Fourth step, return in a month or two and check how much Plasteel you have accumulated during your period of penance and fasting.
yes and I do too. I have tried every weapon and build I’ve wanted to try and even more.
All I’m saying is build a habit of exploring the map and finding mats more often. 90% of the players in pubs I quickplay with sometimes miss 90% of the mats because they feel the need to be speedracing the map and finish the mission 2 minutes faster.
Sounds good. Will there be a reason to visit Hadron then? I can dream.
No. That’s the fun part. This penance and fasting actually serves to elevate you to a higher state, dare I say a state of nirvana, where the sordid vileness of crafting no longer affects or bothers you ![]()
