My entire game is LODs, I have played with settings to no success. I have reinstalled twice (second time clearing all darktide files from PC) and cleaned and reinstalled my graphics drivers using DDU in

Yep, this has been present since Alpha. Seems to affect people with AMD processors of the 5XXX series. It can be circumvented by turning mesh streaming off but that tanks performance.
