Add FSR 3

FSR3 is AMDs upscaling tool similir to DLLS3 for nvidia. FSR3 is said to work on nvidia, AMD, and intel GPUs.
There is a mod of fsr3 for the game already but it messes with the hud to much.

This game is really jumpy with its FPS. On my end depending on the size of an room, if your outside or when there is a horde on screen makes my fps jump enywhere from 130 down to 50 fps then back up to 80 then down to 50 again, then to 70 and so on.

You could also optimise the game more but adding fsr3 would be faster, atleast thats what im guessing. While you work on other stuff until you have the time to optimise the game more.

Yes, the FPS jumps are crazy. For me this got much worse around the time when Patch 14 came out. I’ve been keeping my eye on the mod for a while now but after seeing it’s ‘side effects’ I’m hesitant to try it.
More optimisation or FSR3 added by the devs would be much appreciated!
