Honestly I’m ok with it because it helps other players but could you not transferring bot’s current hp to ours? I’m not sure what’s the calculation is but why do we need that? Sometimes I joined with full HP while others are very low, so I assume the bot was dead.
It doesn’t even make sense. If the bot has low hp, we join with low hp, but if the bot is dead we join in with full hp?? Hello?
Additionally, could you make it so that the bots can’t shoot poxbursters? Only push or even completely ignore boxbursters is better than shooting at one.
It’s the most simple way to prevent people from abusing reconnect to heal to full hp and regain full resources.
Not that it actually works since if you get downed and DC, you get replaced by a full HP/resources bot and you replace that when you rejoin. Just half-baked systems everywhere.
It’s not that complicated to keep track of players.
They do that in Vermintide 2 cw. You can’t rejoin with new build/weps etc. You come back, you get the same boons and wep choice.
If no players are above 50% health then spawning into a game shouldn’t be available. I’ve spawning into the “failed” screen quite a few times which is absurd. Imagine someone doing the auric maelstrom penance and then getting that on the 4th or 5th game
Players who’ve been rescued should be rescued at full health imo. It’s just unsporting to give them half health from a rescue.
