EO, ES, and DD only highlight 1 (DD), a few at a time (EO), or all of a select class of enemies (ES). For EO and DD, you don’t get to choose which, ES you can, but they all cost build points.
You get this cheat that marks everything, everywhere, all the time, for free on top of whatever build you want.
