it was nerfed because there was a bug that allowed it somehow to be activated for 5-6 attacks in a row.
they nerfed the activation and then fixed the bug.

Bro hasnât played the martyrdom Chaxe build. No need to rev that thing for anything less than a crusher. Unrevved heavies just destroy every other elite in no time.
