60FPS locked when UI elements are on screen

Issue Description:
When UI elements attached to objects (grenades, NPCs etc) are on screen gameplay FPS hard clamps to 60FPS, but when pan camera away and look away, ramps back up to 120+ FPS

Seems to be related to Fullscreen optimizations, which I normally disable. However this game ignores when UI things are onscreen and clamps FPS back to 60.
Steps to Reproduce:
This is present in missions or the Hub area. affects me 100% of the time

Upload darktide_launcher.log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory
  5. Upload here
