Issue Description:
While using borderless fullscreen, sometimes the application behaves as if it is no longer in focus or needs to re-enter fullscreen. Pressing ‘Alt+Enter’ will usually fix this for a bit, but it inevitably returns to some stutter/chugging. Using exclusively fullscreen seems to make performance consistent.
