I’ve capped my frame rate to 60 [to avoid heavy dips in fps] and I’m still getting frame rates above the set limit [upper 70’s].
Also, navigating the graphics menu and attempting to select certain settings while on controller returns you to the first graphics option instantly.
Could you provide your user config file and the latest console log?

Another player filed a similar report, but later recanted when they found out that there was a frame cap set by Nvidia Control Panel causing this issue. Could you please check if there are any external programs that may be responsible, such as Nvidia Control Panel?
