Issue Description:
I enabled FPS cap at 60FPS in settings to prevent game crashing all the time, however when mission is loading or I just start the game this cap seems not to work as I’m getting more FPS than 60. What I need to do is to go to settings, disable FPS cap and enable it once again.
Also - sometimes FPS cap is enabling itself again.
