FPS cap setting "soft-resets" every time the game is booted

Issue Description:
Whenever I have an fps cap set (in my case 60) from the in-game settings, when I boot the game/crash occurs the fps shoots to whatever. It acts as if the in-game setting is set to “Unlimited”, but it still displays the earlier set cap of 60. Switching the setting to any other value and back to your desired one fixes it and the cap works again until the next time you boot the game.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set an fps cap.
  2. Boot the game.
  3. Check the menu/fps counter to see the issue.
  4. Reproduction rate for me 100%.

Exact same issue here, everytime I start up I have to toggle the setting to get it back down to 60.

Same stuff here. I somehow made it run without resetting a couple of times, but it’s back at it now. Pretty annoying
