here an idea of what we should get:

Note the Ripper Rounds blessing that would allow “Shots Cleave and never Explode vs Unarmoured targets.”
Personally I would add infested to this, but I believe that, if they remove cleave of the bolter, it should fix the fact that this weapon is obviously too strong… or, at least, it is a beginning,

Also, hotspot (helbore) seems great.

I say an idea (from gameslantern) cause not all weapons have an unobtainable blessing that has been data mined.

Most of these don’t look that good, though. Very circumstancial, just like many Blessings are now. I hope they don’t make it in as is as ultimate Blessings. I’d outright not pick them.

Well this has been known for a while. Back when they were messing around with the idea of doing the Votive Offerings (combining low tier blessings to make higher ones) they said this.

Currently, most Votive Offerings have a maximum Tier of IV, but there are some exceptions to this. We’re testing a few different options with the requirements and the results of combining these Votive Offerings.

Well some blessings go only up to T3.
Or only come in T3 or only in T2.

Much more likely that those are the exceptions that were referred to.

Most definitely. Like the Uninterruptable that allows you to be never broken from Channeling. No clue why that’s T2. There is a few really great Blessings at T2 and T3 level.
