Steam website says: “Your purchase was completed successfully on our end. If you are having trouble finding in the game, you will need to contact the game’s publisher or developer for more information. They may also have information on their website to assist you with finding your purchase.”
(Two additional purchases, 1 immediately before and 1 immediately after this purchase, worked perfectly.)
My total aquilas are currently at 400. The missing aquilas have not appeared after multiple additional logins over the past day.
