Aqulias not showing up in game

Issue Description: Bought 2400 Aquilas on the microsoft store, have a receipt from microsoft confirming i have them and when i load into the game it also says i have recieved them into my account, but when i go to the store they dont’t show up and im told to buy more Aquilas.

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload darktide_launcher.log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory
  5. Upload here

I’ve checked your account in the backend and can see 0 Aquilas balance, and that none have been added.

Were the Aquilas purchased for the correct account?

I recommend contacting Xbox Support here, as the currency delivery should have been automatic after the successful transaction.

Probably shouldn’t be buying gacha-currency in a game riddled with bugs, particularly on a platform which is multiple updates behind live.
