Skin Wolves: Norscan equivalent to a Minotaur, fast but doesn’t do as much damage and much less knockback.
Stormfiend “Shockfiend”: Replacing the Warp Fire projector, with Shock Gauntlets, giving them a short ranged AoE ground slam
Incarnate of Beast (easier): Big beastly humanoid with a stag’s head, maybe giving it some AoE spell from the lore of Beast
No weapon pack news at anniversary event?
Yeah, I wouldn’t bet on it. They even stopped making cosmetic packs for VT2, despite the fact most players buy every single one. I think Darktide is the main cash cow now, and players on that side complained when VT2 got a map with a ship.

well its a steampunk design, empire has some steampunk elements like steamtank etc, could probably handwave it as a one of relic from a notorious engineer or even exported dwarfen tech.

Yeah, almost 2 years of waiting, if it’s just another frame and not a weapon pack, it is officially joever for Vermintide 2. At this point even Darktide gets more melee weapons over time. Ideally, there should be 2 weapons for each character to compensate.
Will we get any updates?
This is as vague response as it gets. It doesn’t even confirm previously rescheduled weapon pack nor defines the size of the promised updates. It could just as well be a single new frame or variants of existing weapons skins but with different color glow later in December. Or even just some news article about something coming in 2027, for the sake of appearance
