There are some issues when hits would not register if you had bad game perfomance and low FPS, as I’ve heard. So bad FPS makes it difficult to score headshots, sometimes you miss stagger on enemy you should have hit, because of system lag… I have a pretty humble machine, so I felt quite a lot of it.

Ok, this might help then IF fps goes up. Because there is a guy there, that said says that his fps actually dropped down in beta.

my performance has taken a dive on the new beta went from stable 60fps on lowest settings in live to now 30fps in beta, have i7-4700HQ and intel HD Graphics 4600

As for me, I only experienced it with 3 weapons, and it wasn’t related to fps in any way.
