Can´t respawn

We played Festering Ground on Legend and were at the end - event.

I played Slayer and used my ultimate. Within the animation i got knockbacked or something, i don´t know and hang a cliff. Our witch tried to pull me up, but i fell instant down after he did that. So i was dead and didn´t respawned.
I had a tome with me.

EDIT: I was host too.

Hi Darth_Angeal, thanks for the report. We have recently fixed a similar issue, so hopefully it should take care of the case which you experienced too. The fix should arrive in one of the upcoming patches.
