Issue Description:
Zealot lvl 5 talent “Enemies within, enemies without” is supposed to regen toughness when close to enemies. It, at the moment, does not have any effect when equipped.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play Zealot until lvl 5
- Select talent “Enemies within, enemies without”
- Walk up to enemy
- Notice that no regen is happening
