Well I admit that’s pretty annoying for T Hammer but saying that makes it a useless keystone? Come on. It’s demonstrably good for a lot of setups regardless.

2 bugs described in that report are actually compliment each other.
You can use FoTF to activate buff and then hit to receive its benefits on first, already empowered, attack.

And if you specced into the toughness upgrade, up to 90% toughness back!

Most of it will probably go to waste, but the possibility remains.
