I really wish this talent was not placed as the first middle talent in the skill tree, while it has some use for certain weapons, for me personally it mostly just acts as a semi useful talent that i need to take to optimize my way into the tree.
How would just guys feel about Disdain swapping places in the talent tree with Second Wind or even Blood Redemption?
It should be moved down to the second tree down on the left between Desperation and Punishment. It fits there.
The beginning node should instead have immediate access to every toughness regeneration talent on the top row, you need all of them except Voice Of Terra anyways although there isn’t much worth actually spending the saved point on since the mono-build problem hasn’t changed.
The Zealot could really do with a good and focused talent rework like they were supposed to have.
Or moved to be between Purge the unclean and Duellist. And then just switch it with Abolish Blasphemers.
I have a real problem with the middle-left side of zealot’s tree. It’s just so full of nodes that feel mandatory (Sustained Assault, Faithful Frenzy, and Benediction), I have trouble finding a reason to build with anything else, even though I loved having Dance of Death before the tree rework.
Beacon of Purity is nice when some modifiers are in play, but otherwise it’s been Benediction supremacy since 2022 for me. Very little can compete with free damage reduction for the whole team, since it’s always so valuable no matter what.

Seems like that is more of a mindset problem. Granted middle right route could get some touches.
Disdain is close to useless with most zealot melees, yet I see it picked almost always above anointment.
People really do just suck at common sense.
EWEW is your best sustain, I would not skip it in favor of duelist, which is whatever with slow and non-crit weapons. Martyr’s purpose is far more consistent than PCT now with much higher uptime, 50% regen is -66% CDR, plenty enough.
Three remaining points is up for grabs. Riposte has abysmal uptime, and I would consider 5% MS a taxnode with fury, so not keen on pathing that way. Prolly good balance with against the odds if you have rampage on the sword and whatever for last, can even be disdain in this case.
For max damage I suppose, altho I think fury suits evis a lot more than relic, which performs a lot better from stealth.
