A combined issue of Cosmetics and Audio, the zealot cosmetic headpiece - Ecclesiarchy-Approved Diadem (Holy Word Pattern) - The vocoder only works on random banter rather than every voice line (Reported by other players in the lobby.)

(TL:DR Zealot Cosmetic Helmet has a broken vocoder for others beside the player. Which is a shame, since it sounds badass.)
