Sorry to see this. Content delivery is all handled on Microsoft’s end, so I recommend reaching out to them as they will be best equipped to assist. They will also be able to help you look in to any potential issues with the drive you’re attempting to install on to.

That’s the thing all the other games I have are working fine

Yeah all the other games I have that are also digital are working as intended. It’s been a week. I’m not the only one with this issue
