Vermintide 2 was enhanced on Series X bringing the game to 60fps. Vermintide 1 does NOT have such features.
I recently bought V1 on sale and my god it plays like ASS. Horrible FPS and horrible FOV (with no slider). Yes, to be expected from the 2013 Xbox One what can you do.
BUT the game doesn’t use the FPS boost option on series X. And they never made an enhanced version of 1. Why not? Did Fatshark try to enhance it at any point? Did they show any interest in doing so? Or what I imagine is more likely, they simply moved onto their newer and currently supported sequel for the Series X touch ups.
Still, this game exists and is still for sale so why not give this one an enhancement too? It would very clearly benefit hugely from it.
