Remember what preceeded the big fixes around patch 13? The Steam ratings were negative. Not mixed, not trending down. Overwhelmingly negative. As in people saying “Do Not Buy” outnumbered all the rest combined. Now what happened when the reivews went back to mixed? Exact same issues again.
That is what it takes to get this third-rate studio to realize they screwed up big time. A proverbial brick wall of “if you keep doing this the money will be GONE”. One that pops up in their faces every single time they start feeling its safe to backslide. And frankly I doubt there are enough players here who actually care about the game enough to keep that sort watch going for years on end.
Me, I’ve given up. Xbox is due to arrive on Christmas and funds for HD2 set aside. Including purchasing a number of their warbonds. Money that FatShark could have had but threw away in favor of whatever ego trip they’ve been on.
