non ogryn melee weapons
i meant to vote the blaze sword idk what happened there, can anyone share their ideas on some of the under represented weapons like what makes them good
Some could be good I just don’t know enough to vote. I only voted for the ones I feel confident in.
I have seen people, like Reginald, do havoc 40 with the relic blade, but I don’t think it’s worth it. For the average player going to be worse than something like duelling sword or even knife. But maybe that’s my play style. I highly value agility and response time in my melee weapon.
the game definitely favors agile weapons, my idea of ‘worth using’ is simply that you could use it and feel like you perform your role in the team without significant difficulty. like obviously the combat blade was going to be top dog but what about the middle dogs that people like and think are worth a shot.
cries in Ogryn
usually theres redundance in defence so my personal best i get from kickback&branx.
rumbler&shield as well as karsolas seems to work more than fine for people as well
I think demios force sword is good. I actually prefer it to duelling on Psyker.
Devil claw I like on zealot with fury of the faithful (but then you’re giving up chorus). It has great cleave which is important for havoc, and it’s parry is great for bosses, rangers, etc.
Heavy sword is the same. Great cleave and can kill 5 shotgunners in one move. Just make sure you bring bolt gun and throwing knives to cover their weaknesses.
there is a poll option limit i will make more for ogryn
Imo darktide meta is getting to a point of “what’s the use staggering or even dodging when theyre dead.”
